The staff was very rude and didn't show any kindness. I have always ordered from here. And had my food delivered. But she said... she was the manger and they don't. And I now they do. I've never left a business a poor review before. To be honest I don't know why anybody would leave a business a poor review. ... I've always thought that if you have a bad (or in my case awful) experience you notify management and give them the opportunityto fix it. Well the manager of this place whole heartedly doesn't care to return phone calls (3 of them). Do not waste yourmoney ordering take out from this place. The food was beyond inedible, it was actually foul..And we are talking pizza here... Ididn't even know pizza could be made this poorly. Read more

I used to frequent Uno's probably 20 years ago when there was a location in Penn Center, and when a friend suggested it recently... I was delighted. All of my old favorites tasted just as I remembered, which was comforting. Lots of times when you return to aplace you haven't had in years, it doesn't stand up to what you remembered, because the quality isn't the same.
