The staff was very rude and didn't show any kindness. I have always ordered from here. And had my food delivered. But she said... she was the manger and they don't. And I now they do. I've never left a business a poor review before. To be honest I don't know why anybody would leave a business a poor review. ... I've always thought that if you have a bad (or in my case awful) experience you notify management and give them the opportunityto fix it. Well the manager of this place whole heartedly doesn't care to return phone calls (3 of them). Do not waste yourmoney ordering take out from this place. I've tried multiple pizza places and have always had a hard time finding gluten free options with dairy free options so when I... looked at the menu and saw there was an option for gluten-free and vegan I decided to give it a try. The service was excellent! Got the Tuscan Steak and it was great! Got the Pizza Bites as an appetizer...it was like a mini deep... dish pizza crust filled with mashed potatoes with cheese and bacon....pretty good, even though it felt strange eating a mashedpotatoes pizza. I was actually pleasantly surprised with how good the pizza is! Everything was delicious and it's definitely has a very chill... atmosphere to it. The service was also fantastic and fast. Only problem is it's pretty pricey and you don't get a lot for howmuch you pay. Definitely recommend going for lunch to get the special. It's really good though! Read more
I used to frequent Uno's probably 20 years ago when there was a location in Penn Center, and when a friend suggested it recently... I was delighted. All of my old favorites tasted just as I remembered, which was comforting. Lots of times when you return to aplace you haven't had in years, it doesn't stand up to what you remembered, because the quality isn't the same.
