wait in drive thru was long. Ordered a 4 pc. Combo meal. They gave me Two instead. I was too far away to turn around to... complain. I will not be back. First time ever ! I travel through Birmingham often staying at Drury Inn . I love it. I asked the young lady to please be... patient as I had never ordered before and told her I would like a combo. But no onions or cheese she said they came witheverything, I said cool,got my fries and drink. What a piece of work! Pulled into hotel. My Burger had the meat, 1 pickle andsauce. No vegetables. Nothing else!!!! Not sure what sauce, fries and drink. Don't know don't care I will never return. Ishould have gone somewhere else. $10 is BS and weekend retail food service is HORRIBLE here. The team I came in contact with were truly amazing. The ladies at the front were so courteous and out was 8:30 when I walked in... they close at 9 but they still served fresh great hot food and might I add with a smile and great attitude. Something about the way the cheese salt on the fries cuts through the savory sauce that comes on the burger. It's a burger/fry... experience unlike anywhere else. And that tea is always a welcome treat. If they were a tad bit faster I'd give them 5 ???? butthey're doing the best I suppose. Read more

I had already had some of their breakfast items. Yesterday I tried their lunch, and I wasn't disappointed. I had the chicken... tender snack. It was fresh, tender and juicy. It was a large portion size. The tenders weren't overbreaded or fried too hard. Ithink I actually like their tenders better than chick-fil-a! They asked me what sauce I wanted when I placed my order. I waspleasantly surprised to open my bag and see 2 sauce cups. I most certainly will be back! Read more
I grew up watching Milo Carlton make his special hamburger sause in his home on weekends. No I didn't get the recipe. I'm old... enough to remember hanging out at Milo's on 10th Ave in B'ham with Milo's son Mike. Great times and great burgers. I nevertravel through B'ham without stopping to enjoy two original burgers, large fry and a Mega sweet tea. Read more
