I usually go to the Planet Smoothie in Inverness, which is amazing, but I was in the neighborhood of the location on Oxmoor so I... stopped in there. I was told this location is not owned by the same people, and boy could I tell! I ordered the Grape Ape as Iusually do. The guy made it and it was awful! It tasted like peanut butter. I took it back inside and he had not rinsed themixer out before he made my fruity smoothie. So he rinsed the pitcher and remade it. Peanut butter was still running down theoutside of the pitcher. The smoothie was still not so great. He told me that the other place used artificial sweetener andthey don't. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this location. Read more
I love planet smoothie. I've been getting smoothies here for many years and will continue.
The smoothies here are great. The customer service is terrible and every time I decide to give this store another chance and go... in hoping for better service I get even more disappointed. Could use better customer service. Read more

This is your typical Planet Smoothie chain similar to the others located around Birmingham. The offer a wide variety of... fruit/yogurt/ice blended smoothies. Many come with GNC-style protein or energy powders. Each costs between $4-$8 depending onsize. The waits can be a little long when crowded because there is often only one worker. Read more
Awesome smoothies. Super healthy, and for a great price. Love the staff at all four stores!
The smoothies are great but the place is never opened on time. The hours are from 7 am - 7pm and I?m not walking in until 7:30.... That?s ridiculous. Read more
