Always delicious. I?ve been going to TCBY for as long as I can remember. Ngl I miss the old logo, but I don?t mind the new one.... The Asian woman that works here is so sweet and the best employee no doubt. She?s always smiling and radiates good energy. Lovethis place Read more

Drove across town to purchase and the door is locked during business hours. There was no sign on the door stating that they were... closed but the "open" sign is flashing.... Read more

I think the place is nice. Service was slow but ok. What I didn?t like was the worker don?t have on any gloves while handling... the ice cream and getting his fingers all in it was just gross to me. I watched him use his thumb to push the scoop over foranother scoop. I decided against getting a cup. I will return to see if the workers are wearing gloves and then get an icecream. Read more

Wanted a quick treat before bed and was excited about using the drive thru so I didn?t have to get my son out of the car.... However the drive thru window is on the passenger?s side. I?ve worked at a frozen yogurt shop before and I was super bummed theydidn?t have an original tart flavor. I ended up getting a small golden vanilla with strawberries and chocolate chips and thekids? sized hand-scooped cookies and cream for my son. We paid $10! The strawberries were soggy and mushy like they had been ina jar for ages and I could count the number of chocolate chips I got on one hand. I took a couple bites in the car, got home andthrew it away. My son?s cookies and cream was ok. It had lots of icey chunks. Should have gone somewhere else and spent themoney. Read more

I hadn't had TCBY in probably 16 years. Just as I remember! I love the soft-serve flavors & multitude of toppings options. Easy... walk from Soho area hotel. Staff were pleasant & happy to help! Indoor & outdoor seating options. Read more

TCBY in Merchants Walk in Homewood is the place to go for a celebration, a treat for my grandson or daughter or for frozen... yogurt after a school event! I have been going here for years; John, the owner, knows the families that frequent his store. Hisstaff is helpful, pleasant, and can create artistic treats. My favorite thing about this TCBY is the drive thru window! Ofcourse, you can eat inside or on the patio; I choose to take mine home! It is located at the end of the Red Mountain Expressway.A night ride for TCBY will help anyone overcome a disappointment! Read more

In the heart of Homewood, TCBY has prime location. I grew up here and saw it go through many owners, however, John is by far... the man to go the extra mile for a customer. This store has had many upgrades and is clean and tidy. This location has manyoptions for dining. You can dine on the balcony, inside the store, or the patio on a sunny day; or the drive thru at yourconvenience. The employees greet you with a smile. And whether it?s a smoothie or a kids cone it will be made to perfection. Their work is artistry at it its best. Check it out and pictures are of the parfait and the banana split. Read more
