Honestly this location has the most overworked workers. I feel like they deal with difficult customers every time I visit. I try... to leave a tip every visit but I do not always have cash on me. I have never once received a correct order from the store. Not once. What?s the point picking out specific add-ons to your order... if no one actually reads it? It?s reading, not rocket science. Original review - Just used the app to order lunch. Ordered a bowl with extra corn, absolutely zero corn in the bowl. Update... 6/6/22: decided to try this location again. Huge disappointment. Bowl with chicken. Again, no corn, no cheese, went back to letthem know their mistake, remade the bowl but this time added lettuce (i didn't have lettuce on my order). They can't get anorder right. I used to like their service, over the time it has gotten worse. They mess up online orders almost all the time at lunch time.... For example, today I ordered extra Fajitas, lite white rice with others. I got no fajitas at all, extra white rice, extra sourcreme and extra cheese! I already left the location and was too hungry to go back and say anything, but this is the 3rd time ina row and not acceptable. If you can't make the order as it was described, do not give options. Remind me not to order from Chipotle for delivery from Chipotle in Homewood, IL (which we live in) when it is the evening before... a holiday. Or maybe they hired in anyone they could get and the people can't read. I tried placing an order twice today - forveggie bowls, with guacamole, black beans, brown rice, etc. First Door Dash (I didn't choose Door Dash, their system did) didn'tenter the order and it was never filled. It was cancelled. Then Chipotle customer service refunded and I placed it again. DoorDash placed the order correctly (our receipt had ever detail correct). When it came, there was no guacamole on either meal,spicy white rice instead of brown, and amounts of everything were skimpy.
