Just go to the Starbucks a few blocks down or drive a bit further to the Dunkin on 183rd. It?s worth it
First mistake was to go in, because they'll give all their attention to drive through anyway. Then as I'm waiting in line one of... the workers started arguing with the manager and (I'm assuming his wife) the drive through lady, because they're notcommunicating with her on orders only themselves, and not speaking English to do so. She also started swearing at them insistingthat they're also talking about her too. The manager just says she can leave if she's not happy, she decided ok, of course shedoes so right before it was supposed to be my turn. I started to walk out. She turned around and apologized to me saying itwasn't my fault, took my order and my payment, then walked out herself. All I ordered was a sandwich, hash browns and an icedcoffee. Me and 4 other people inside watched as drive through was taken care of for almost 15 minutes straight with not onething of ours up. The one guy was already waiting when I walked in, when I noticed this, that's when I said something. That's ofcourse when all our orders are finally checked. When I finally did get mine I walked to my car so fast, because I was running abit behind now for work. Coffee was perfect, however when I was able to get to my food, I was beyond upset. The hash brownsweren't even there, and the sandwich wasn't even made right. Bread untoasted the eggs and bacon just barely cooked, and thecheese slice was too small to even count. I will not be returning to this location again, I will go to the other one past mywork instead! Read more

The lady that works there made Maria me a salted caramel cappuccino blast Shes the best they made it 4 days in a row than the... manager Tom told me I wasn't allowed to order that drink anymore that was in the drive thru I know they have timers..which isprobaly.. I went a few days later inside talked it out with the manager and I will come inside now and get the amazing drink itwas a pleasure watching these guys work as a team to push out these orders!!! I went to get a iced latte and after I paid the lady handed me a cup of milk. I grabbed a cup and looked at it and noticed it... was all milk with no espresso. I politely told the lady that it appears they missed the espresso. She told me that?s how it isand if I want espresso it?s an extra two dollars. I told her I just wanted a regular iced latte and she refused to provide whatI order and paid for, instead I got a cup of milk with ice. I took the loss and just left oh well that?s on me to never returnto this Dunkin? again. No attempt to correct her error and refund was out the picture. Beware of this place. I went in to this Dunkin? Donuts just a moment ago and I wanted to use the restroom. I think because the ladies English was so... bad she seemed like she was very irritated at the fact that I was asking about the restroom. And there was a problem I guess themen?s room was down it didn?t work. But she just seem to have a very nasty attitude towards me. And I was going to purchase somebreakfast there but after that I just use the restroom and walked out! Now in the past this has been a pretty good Dunkindoughnuts. But if they let that lady do the talking I don?t think I want to go there again and I wouldn?t recommend it to anyone. Read more
Hello ! I stopped by Dunkin? this morning because I actually had time today. This dunkin drive through is always packed so it?s... best to come early!! I ordered over the intercom but still had to retell my order at the window because they were confused aboutit somehow. I thought this would go by fast since Dunkin? usually gets you in and out. I didn?t like how I had to retell myorder because the goal is to stop by get food and continue to head on with my day. I informed the guy at the window I ordered atthe intercom and he responded with the lady was confused BUTT I?m confused on why she didn?t inform me to retell my order. Alsothe sweet ice tea wasn?t sweet. I?m sure they don?t have an actual sweet tea canteen because I could taste the added sugar addedplus it was on the side of my cup. Not sure what happened here. The bacon is now burnt, the avocado toast tastes old, my coffee is always wrong and the person in... the drive thru is usually unhelpful, the portions are also shrinking. I've started going back to my tried and true Panerai butI wish dunkin would get it back together. Also, the drive thru is fast and I like to go inside at times. Best dunking pricesin the area.
