Arrived at window, no one wearing gloves, both workers manning the window were more interested in playing on their phones that... assisting us. Area around the window appeared unclean, messy and dingy. Did not inspire much confidence. Upon receiving myfood I bit into my burger and immediately realized it tasted strange. Upon closer inspection, the bottom was covered with grillchar that the workers were obviously just too lazy to scrape and clean, since the rest of the burger was severely undercookedand bloody. This is how food poisoning occurs. My fiancé, who is sitting next to me, just said "It makes me sad to seeFreddy's going downhill like this." I echo this sentiment - Freddy's has gone from THE best upscale fast food and smashburgersto a mediocre Steak n' Shake clone. These days we visit Freddy's accordingly......not very often. Read more

If your looking for a delicious almost homemade burger than this is your place. It puts all of the burger joints to shame except... those other guys (hint hint). The burger was fresh and had fresh toppings. They only got 4 stars because of the paper thinfries, they missed the mark. If they were a bit more hearty I would of given 5 stars. This happened a couple weeks ago: This is the grilled cheese I got from the drive through. When I went back around and showed... them, they reluctantly said they'd make another one for me. Almost 15 minutes later they finally came back to the window andasked me to pull around and wait because they still hadn't made it. I asked for a refund at that point. I couldn't have waitesany long if I'd I wanted to because I had somewhere to be. Mind you, no one was in front of me when I pulled through the secondtime and the inside was almost empty. Really good medium food place. I say medium as they take their time unlike fast food lol food is always fresh and it taste good.... This is my mom and I go to when we want something good and relatively quick. I personally appreciate the wait because my food isalways hot like I like it. Read more
