-0 The 2 piece meal was not worth the money. The chicken was super greasy and cooked super hard!!! Mash potatoes were tasteless... with hardly any gravy.???????? One knapkin for a ton of grease on the chicken. The biscuit went in the garbage. WHAT THE F- hashappened to this place. The food used to be really good. The worst experience I have had in a long time . A big 0. I ordered a big box of chicken, at 8:45p, Wednesday evening. I... asked for two coleslaws, the girl that packed the coleslaw just tossed the coleslaw in the box. I stated you should not throwpeoples? food. She ignored me. I asked the young man who put the chicken in my order can I speak with the manager. He statedhe was the manager. I said ?Didn?t you see her throw the coleslaw in the box?, he said that?s the way we pack our food. Thatwill be the last time I visit this KFC. I felt unappreciated and unimportant. I would give this place a 0 if the system will allow me to. This is the worst KFC I ever been to. I ordered the chicken strips... meal and 12 piece chicken wings. The strips are hard and dry. They are so hard they are scratching up my gums. The biscuit is sohard and dry I cannot bite into it. The chicken wings are so small they are almost smaller than a party size wing. SMH. Paying$28 for this meal is sad. I will never go here again. I believe the food is old and they are reheating it. Read more
Service was terrible. I ordered the 16 piece family meal. I was served majority dark meat with 1 breast 6 legs and 9 thighs. I... asked for fries and macaroni and I was served 2 large Cole slaw instead. Service like this is unacceptable especially whenspending $50. Ordered two buckets of original !!!!! Chicken got home the chicken looked old and it was hard. Called they never answered the... phone, I called more that 4x. This is the 2nd time we have had problems at the Homewood KFC. Ordered through the drive up, both of our meals were totally... incorrect. Unfortunately I did not check the order before I left. I tried to call them for a half hour, phone would ring,then go to busy. The chicken was dry. Skin was hard and basically unedible. Also, did not get a receipt (shame on me). I willbe stopping into the restaurant tomorrow and getting the distract manager's info. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. Read more
