2nd time I have purchased her in September I don't know if the staff changed or what but the fries are served horribly cold like... they have been sitting out all day. A huge disappointment they use to be decent. This will be the last time I come here. A LOYALCUSTOMER GONE! JUST HORRIBLE and not to mention my fish sandwich was old too for the 2nd time. These places would be so much more tolerable if the customer service wasn't so horrible. A few employees are helpful every now... and then but for the most part the customer service out here is heavily lacking. Today July 31st 2022 was my first time visiting this McDonald?s. I gave it a 5 star because it was clean, the meal was hot and... presentable while the staff and cashier was polite and accommodating. To complement the service she told me to sit to be servedbecause I was dinning in. They also have a play pen for children. I also observed how spacious it was for a party or smallgroup. Although smiles are a part of the experience and the cashier didn?t offer any it still did not take away from the entirepresentation. Great work!! Read more
The staff, including management was rude, they messed up my order and because I couldn't come right back with the food, she told... me I couldn't get a refund. I told her it was a hot day and I was on my way out of town and I wasn't keeping food in my carovernight. It was hot that day as well. So I will never go back there. After telling others of my experience, they said theynever go to that one. That's sad. Wish I would have known. I could have wasted my money on something else if I knew I was goingto lose my money. I wish I didn't have to give 1 star. They don't even deserve that. Whoever the manager is there, the lady Ispoke to, needs to get fired or McDonald's will lose more customers Read more
The patties were lukewarm at best. I usually don't leave a bad review but the 2 mcdoubles I ordered from here were cold... basically. Not uncooked cold, but had been cooked and sat for an hour or something. Cuz the cheese was barely melted and theburgers were not hot.
