Honestly one of the best experience. I?ve never been to this Starbucks and they were on point. The line was flowing really well,... my order was 10/10 and the workers (whoever did my order and the person at the window) 10/10 service. I got a pumpkin cream coldbrew, Ham & Swiss croissants and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin (both warmed up) I had placed the order through the mobile appand I was like maybe 5ish mins away with a decent size line and when I received my order it was like everything was just madethat second. My first time trying the Ham & Swiss croissants and pumpkin cream cheese muffin. Wow definitely recommend gettingit make sure you get them warmed up :) I wish I took pictures but it was just too good. Read more
Not big on coffee, grabbed a breakfast sandwich and a pumpkin muffin. Won't get the muffin again. Dry, and crumbly. The floor... got more muffin than I did, it literally fell apart as I tried eating it the breakfast sandwich was loaded with bacon, a winner???? in my book, and had great flavor. Would be nice to see them expand the drink selection to non coffee/tea items. Read more
Why do you always lie when you make the wrong drink and don't add the espresso into a frappe? You know ppl can easily tell. The... color is way off and then we ask if there is espresso in it and you say yes, but can clearly taste that there isn't any in it.Are you trained to lie or you legitimately don't know the difference? The customers know so stop lying ???? Read more
Ordered an iced mocha with extra ice and a warm croissant. The croissant was cold and the supposedly iced mocha was warm on the... bottom and had less ice. I had to out the drink in the freezer when I home in order to enjoy it cold Read more
Very "limited parking" for in store dinning and purchases. Super long "drive-thru" lines with cars and trucks cramped into small... foot print. And, they removed the "self-service" condiments from the counter inside. My Orthodontist is down the street so Ilike to 'trest' myself to a greta cup of coffee when in the area. However, the medium roast I enjoy hasn't been available twiceand the coffee wasn't hot.I'm very disappointed in the lack of 5 star products and services Starbucks was kown for in the past.That said, I won't try them again. I got a sugar cookie almond milk latte. I wish they oat milk instead. It was a wait in the drive thru.
