I am a regular here, some employees are great but others not so much. I went tonight to get 3 frosty?s and the total was $8.45.... I had a $5 bill so I gave the cashier the money and then my card to do the rest. I get home and I saw a charge of $8.45 on mycard, so I called the Wendy?s and the manager (I think) answered, I told her what happened and she said that without a receipt(of course the one time they don?t give me a receipt) they can?t do anything about it. I told her the time and she look it upand came back and said that she was standing there and never saw a $5 bill, when in fact she did because I know when I give mymoney to people. She proceeded to basically call me a liar and again said she can?t get free money out. This is ridiculous andthis Wendy?s will no longer get money from me. Read more
Made an online order late at night for my mother who broke her hip. And when I got to the restaurant the manager and one of the... workers was walking out because they were closed. When I told him the situation they went back in the store made the meals andhad to re-cleaning ovens and grills again no place I know would ever do that. Awesome restaurant awesome people ! Read more

Asked for lettuce, tomato and Lite mayo. Got everything and I hate ketchup and don't do onion. Receipt was right but person... who made burgers did not pay attention to anything. Nuggets were old and fries were over salty. They give only small cups forsenior drinks as well. Like the Wendy's in Homosassa much better. Read more
Visited the drive through tonight. Have been eating here for a very long time and it?s time for a review after tonight! The... crew this location has is great. The food is always fresh and there is never a really long wait. This location is a primeexample of how a Wendy?s should be ran. I will continue to go to this location. Very efficient Wendy's. It has a self order kiosk, but my family ordered from the cashier who patiently waited for us to figure... out our order. Mobile ordering is available too. Food was quickly made and tasted good. The restroom was clean and looked new. Read more
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a salad, the salad was small for the $8 I assume because prices are going up so it?s... whatever but they made me pull forward to wait for my food, I waited about 15 minutes for it . I got home and noticed mysandwich had a piece of lettuce and a bunch of mayo on it and the chicken tastes like it was sitting out for a while. Why makeme wait for a sandwich that was already made? Why would you serve old chicken with a glob of mayo to someone? I won?t bereturning anytime soon. Read more
