Out of bread, told they only had 3 6" pieces and 1 12" wheat, announced to other customers after me. How can you run a SUB SHOP... without bread? If ur low on it wouldn't you start baking some? Ridiculous, and on top of it attitude from the worker! Whathappened to prepping? Not happy, finding another store, always something with this one. Young man tending the store SOLO had people in and out of there in record time. He was efficient, thorough, and friendly. I'm... putting this review up here in the hopes that the manager recognizes it and gives Dillon a raise. The owners of this locationshould be overly grateful that this guy is so dedicated. In todays world where people call out, don't care and generally lackany ambition, Dillon shines. Kudos to this young man and his parents for raising a good kid. I came in tonight to order 3 sandwiches. The first one being the "California Steak", which is SUPPOSED to come wirh Avacado... spread on it (WITH A PRICE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IT & A STANDARD STEAK & CHEESE), I did not receive the Avacado (not a big deal,since my husband didn't know that's what was on it & doesnt care for avo) ANYWAYS, I asked for the meat to be heated with onions& peppers, 3 times, that was not done. No biggie, just ask him to throw the onions& peppers in the toaster after) only theonions were put it. Annoyed at this point, i paid & left. I didnt realize the avacado was missing until I got home at whichpoint, i called the store and was told, AND I QUOTE " No, theres no price difference between regular steak & cheese and the calisteak, its only 50 or 75 cents to add avocado to any sandwich". That means THERE IS A DIFFERENCE. Just ridiculous. Read more

First and foremost the two employees that are working tonight are absolutely amazing. Im not sure if this location or the... management here is aware of it but the pressure these two underwent today and still stood strong is unbelievable. Anyone else intheir position would have and should have walked out. The reason this review is being given 5 stars is based solely on these twoemployees. I dont remember their names but its easy to look at the schedules and find out. They need to receive an amazingincentive for their dedication. These two were the only ones working and there was a massive rush that wiped them out and keptcoming in so they couldnt keep up but instead of giving up they did what they could to serve the best they could. I do know theytried to call people for help and received none. Noone answered calls from these two who were in desperate need of it. Andmyself along with several other customers are deeply disappointed in that. I strongly suggest they be rewarded in some kind ofway and not reprimanded for running out of things or being overwhelmed because surely we are all aware that there are thingsthat happen and massive rushes that happen and its not their fault at all.
