Best pizza in Monroe County in my opinion! They have an excellent online ordering system where you can fully customize your... food to your liking-ie well done wings, extra pizza sauce, ect. Pick up wait times are always relatively quick so you can orderon the go. The employees are friendly and accommodating. The pizza is among my favorites anywhere... Crust, sauce, cheese andthe toppings are in the perfect ratio and baked to perfection. They don't skimp on quantities of the toppings either which isappreciated. When I ask for extra sauce they do it right which I've found hard to replicate at other pizza places. The wingsare also top notch and they always have plenty of your chosen wing sauce. They have a wide selection of wings sauces to try,including unique flavors such as honey garlic. You can also have extra sauce on or on side, mix two flavors, have them cookedwell done, ect. The salads are very good as well, with high quality romaine lettuce, large portions and plenty oftoppings. Prices are great especially for the amount of food you get, and the quality of said food. Rucks is our favorite take out in Honeoye Falls. Every dish they make is always to perfection, and as per order. The prices are... reasonable, the delivery time is great or you can eat in at the dining area (or outdoor seating is available seasonally). Thecashiers are always pleasant, friendly, efficient, and professional at taking your order whether in person or over the phone.Now for the great part...the food! Rucks serves amazingly delicious food! Their calzone is mouth-watering (it is good sizedtoo) pizzas are phenomenal and they have some seriously creative choices of the menu. Of course you can make it your way aswell. The subs are stacked really thick with meat and you can order up to about 15 veggies for your sub and even get all of themon your sub for no extra charge. They have a hot pizza dough sub that is called a "bomber". That thing is delicious! Also thereare a large variety of hot and cold subs to choose from, as well as wraps and salads.. We absolutely love their chicken wings.They can't be beat! They also have a variety of choices with fish options, if you are a fish lover. Rucks is the best inevery way! THEY WILL SERVE YOU LIVE TICS AND COLD FOOD LMAO. negative stars if i could. half the staff i spoke with were outright arrogant... and dismissive. most our order was wrong when it?s just a premade slice of pizza. they served my friends and i cold food withfreezing sauce that we had to ask for three times. food had multiple bugs / hairs and even a LIVE tic which was really thekicker for me. for a small town pizza shop you would think they cared slightly about quality but this place is just disgusting. Absolutely the best gluten free pizza around! And they don't skimp on the pepperoni! Get it baked "well done" with extra red... sauce. Sooo good! I highly recommend Ruck's Pizza Kitchen for GF pizza! Read more
