Visiting here from out of state. Wish I would?ve read these reviews before we placed our order online. Received the wrong... pizza.. no big deal we thought. We?ll just wait for them to correct it. However instead of simply correcting the error, theyargued with us about what was ordered. If we wanted the corrected pizza we?d have to pay for it on top of the incorrectpizza! Honestly I don?t think I?ve come across customer service like this. It was just a simple mistake on their part andcould?ve been fixed easily as we had ordered more than just a pizza and everything else seemed just fine. You need an ADULT on site during all shifts. The 3 teenagers running the place were incapable of handling a simple customer... service situation. They forgot the pepperoni on my cheese + pepperoni and the calamari was plain, not the Sicilian I ordered.When I brought them back the girl looked at me like a deer in headlights. She offered to remake the pizza. She claimed she onlyheard calamari, so we kept the plain. After 15 minutes, all of our other food was cold and we got our remade pizza. There wasno apology or even a "thank you for waiting", or an offer for a coupon on our next order! Their customer service skills werenon-existent. For a company this size I expected the employees to have at least basic customer interaction training. To makematters worse, the receipt does not show a list of what you ordered, only a final sale price - so I wasn't even able to check tomake sure we were charged correctly on the items we ordered! You are in the most competitive food industry in America. You needto give customers a reason to keep coming back. Salvatore's gave me none. Read more

I usually love Salvatore?s. I was bummed when I ordered wings tonight and upon delivery there was a pool of wing sauce in the... bottom of the wing bag and all over the container (with the wrong sauce) I called to let them know i received the wrong wingsand the girl on the phone said ?well our jerk sauce is really our boss sauce mixed with something else, sorry?. While I do love the cauliflower crust pizza here, it is so so overpriced with any toppings. If you want a couple of healthy... veggies, there is barely a 1/4 cup of each and for $2.50 each topping, its complete highway robbery. And the chili was morelike soup with weird balls of ground beef and hardly any beans...terrible. Overall very disappointing for the high price. Read more

Salvatore pizza really screwed up big time, orderd a pizza at 6:55 was told 45 min for delivery , an hour and a half later was... still not delivered. Called to check and the girl said to look on the porch, are you kidding me. Ends up they went to adifferent address. So she said she could make another pizza but would be 45 min for delivery. WowWow this was our first visit to this Pizzeria. We didn't really know what to buy. The girl behind the counter Suggested to... try one of their subs And let me tell you it was not a disappointment we had the Buffalo chicken sub and the blue cheese burger.Both were AWESOME. I have been ordering from the Honeoye Falls Salvatore?s since we moved to this area last summer and have been impressed almost... every time. I order food from them pretty regularly - wraps, subs, salads, sandwiches, pizza, wings, and other appetizers - andI have never been disappointed. It?s always great and is usually delivered super fast. Sometimes my lunch order is deliveredwithin 15-20 minutes? and they are always super friendly!! Tonight?s experience was so good that I just HAD to leave a review. My husband and I, after exhausting a bunch of other dinner options, decided to give Salvatore?s Entrees a shot. We ordered theChicken Parmesan, Stuffed Shells, a Greek Salad, and Garlic Bread?.. and OH MY GOODNESS.!!! We were blown away. We wereexpecting the food to be decent, but what we got was high-quality Italian deliciousness!! This place is not just a pizza joint,it?s an extremely versatile restaurant that conveniently delivers great food right to your door. I highly recommend giving themyour business.
