The food is good it's typical Domino's lol The service is great except there is a serious shortage of help otherwise they are... very kind and accommodating to people with special needs and modifying ingredients..2 employees typically have to run the entirerestaurant .They are hard workers. Really friendly staff at this location. They greet everyone at the door and do a bang up job of keeping track of orders.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Edit: why tell customers to email if you won't get back to them ????
This place used to be really good. Something changed and they went downhill though. They gave us the entirely wrong order. When... we called, they promised to make it right and had us drive back to fix it. They then replaced the wrong bread bites with ANOTHERbatch of the wrong ones and for the 16ct instead of the 36 or whatever the other one is. They didn?t get a single thing right,and after the 2nd attempt to fix it we gave up. Read more
Home alone with my infant and sick seven year old. Dude comes up to give me my pizza. Seems completely fine. Then he sees the... total and his tone changes completely. Super aggressive sounding, and says ?keep the change, right?? I just said ?yeah ...? andbacked into my house. I?m all for tipping, but not a 4 dollar tip that is literally threatened out of me. Made a large order today to be picked up by 12. The 2 guys working was great. Made me & my son feel welcome. I didn't mind the... wait because it's only 2 guys working for all these bunch of different orders . They are human not robots. Is not their faultthat their computer went down. It was my son's birthday & they wished him happy birthday . They had great smile & looks likethey enjoy their job & work as hard & fast as they could. Thank you guys I appreciate you. Placed an online order at 10:15pm. Waited until 10:30pm to call and check on my order since I did not receive an alert message... or update on the online tracker. The female that answered the phone answered it "Domino's we're closed". Which caught me offguard since online it states your open til 1am. I then said to her so I wont' be getting my order I placed 15min ago. She statedthat it was in the oven and were waiting for it to be picked so they can close. I explained to her that I did not receive anyalerts but I will send one of my guys to pick it up. Which I finally did receive an alert only after I called to check on theorder. When my guy returned I asked how it went and he explained the lady at the counter was rude and pushed him out as fast aspossible. He was not given a bag for the soda until he asked and did not assist him to the car with the order since it was 8large pies and liters of soda as they were in a hurry to close. We did not receive our whole order. We were shorted 1 2literbottle of coke which I could not call about since they closed immediately after the order was picked up. This is always an issueat this location. I work at Home Depot on the overnight shift and several of my associates order at this location frequentlysince it is the only place to order from at late hour. Delivery is rarely an option, hours of operation are never the same asonline and when they pick up there order service is consistently rude. I'm not sure how this location is still open since a lotof other reviews have the same complaints. Read more
