Don't waste your time stopping here. Eaten here before and food is not fresh at all. Then I go in today with my already paid... for cart full of grocery and waited in line for 15mins before they told me they don't allow carts in there. Was just hoping tograb a sandwich before heading out but I was told to leave my stuff infront of the store where anyone could help themselves towhatever they wanted on their way out the door. Not to me mention she could have easily told me this when I got in line. I'vetaken my groceries into subway with me at many other locations and have never had this issue before. Read more
Went in to order lunch for kids. Walked up to the counter, ordered "Two Turkey on White with lettuce and mayo" and was told by... the nasty scum that works there that I was rushing her and she had memory problems. WTF? You work at a sandwich shop and youcannot listen to an order that is TWO sandwiches OF THE SAME MAKING? Insane! Then, I took a step back and asked my son if heREALLY wanted this sandwich, he said yes, so I stepped back to the glass and said "I will say it slower, "Tur-key, Lett-uce. and..." then I was rudely interrupted by this wonderful representative of Subway by being yelled at and told that I didn't need tobe a jerk, she slammed the sandwich case and stormed off. My kids asked me what that "girl's" problem is. Thank you for theabsolutely awful experience, you suck at your job, and even my 7/8-year-old kids were embarrassed you were so bad at customerservice. Depending on what associate is working Is how good or bad your experience is going to be. This is the 3rd time I have ordered... online and my sandwich was not able to be eaten . The first two times there was waaaayy to much Buffalo sauce when I asked forless sauce. This time my wrap was iced cold and when I asked them to heat it up I was told know. So how can you enjoy a coldsteak wrap. Nope didn't enjoy it at all. Read more
Always enjoy a Subway hoagie. Never had any complaints with food and my daughters love it! Service varies from store to store.... In Honesdale, service has been slower than at other locations. Usually there has been only one attendant when I have stopped in.Overall a decent place for a quick bite to eat or to go. Read more
I wouldn't put any stars if I could. Firstly the person who was making our sandwiches was EXTREMELY rude. She made it seem like... we were bothering her. Secondly my kids are good kids, they know not to touch someone else's money or personal objects withoutbeing told or asked. My daughter was at the register looking at the card pad buttons, I reminded her not to touch it. The nastyrude lady who was making our sandwiches slammed down our food, walked over to her tip jar thing snatching it up to move itbehind her and slammed it down. MIND YOU THERE WAS A DOLLAR AND SOME CHANGE. 2$ AT MOST. Then she continued to make the rest ofour order slamming the sandwich around making half fall on the floor. At that point she was even more mad she had to make meanother half. As the other lady was ringing our order up the one who made our sandwiches stood behind her with arms folded andsuch an attitude. I also got 2 kids meals and they rang up everything in it separately. Costing me more. At this point I justwanted to leave everything behind. But continued to get our dinner. I see the 2.3 star review of this place and laugh!! That's 2 stars too many! My wife and I got there at 8:40 the sign says they... close at 10:00. The worker pitched a fit that we wanted to order food. It was 20 till the time she wanted to close by not thesign time. We were given sandwiches that were supposed to be hot served cold on what seemed to be on a sliced open 2x4 the breadwas so hard. She didn't want us to dirty a tray so we were given our food on pieces of paper. I've been to many subways and thisplace was by far the worst very disappointed!!! We shop in the Walmart it's located in every week but we won't make the mistakeof eating there again!! Read more
