Typical fast food, restaurant was very clean including the bathroom
Great food and overall good service one of my favorite places to grab a quick meal.
The food was good. My bacon cheeseburger was kinda cool the cheese didn't even melt.
Literally got to the drive-thru at 2:00 in the afternoon, it's now 2:30 and I'm still in the same spot I was a half an hour ago.... Like not being rude but I thought this was supposed to be fast food? How can the line move one car in half an hour, and I cansee in the restaurant and there's nobody standing at the counter being served. This is by far the slowest drive thru on the east coast. Have you ever been to a chik FIL a? Theyre always packed and still... don't wait as long as you do at this Wendy's. Drive thru is the only thing open. Dining room is closed. They seem to only take 1order at a time. All a guy needs is a cheeseburger. What's the deal?? Read more

Fast food is the same all over . Yesterday was the 2st time in 12 years we have had to wait to be served. It seemed like... Monticello was the most crowded place around. Traffic was hardly moving. We have never seen it like that. Hopefully it isn't aglimpse of the way this summer is going to be. I did read that there is going to be 3 times as many people in Sullivan Countythis year???? They have a long wait time to give order and get order. Talking about drive thru. There were two of us . Ordered 2 sodas plus... food. Got down the road...1 straw ???? One time, same week, husband ordered two cheeseburgers and I got nuggets/sweet and soursauce..Got home...1 cheeseburger and no sauce for nuggets . Terrible service. ???? Read more
