*UPDATE* DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. It's now been almost 3 hours. We decided to go to the restaurant to see what was... up. We even passed a delivery car on the way in and thought "Oh man, our pizza was probably in that car!" Well guesswhat.....it wasn't. Still in the store. So much for priority. Thanks! No apologies or anything. Ordered online and waited1.5 hours for the food. When it arrived it was the wrong order. Called to complain and ask for them to send the right food, noone in this house was going to eat the food they delivered. Asked if we wanted to wait and we asked if they would please makeit an priority order because we were all hungry at this point. We agreed and they did too. Another 30 minutes later and wedecide to call and check on the order and it's just sitting there waiting on a driver. I understand they are low on drivers butwhy wasn't a driver told to wait a moment and get this pizza out on time? Still waiting.... Read more
Always good to get when I'm lazy to go anywhere else. They keep skimping on the toppings though. that's why they get 3 stars.
The day following this experience manager Tim reached out for more info, to apologize, and offered a store credit. We redeemed... today and the service and food was great, thanks Tim! ------------ Super frustrating experience. Tried to order pizzas onlinebut the system wasn't working. Called the store and asked if they could honor the deal, the guy said yes and got my order allentered. When it came time to pay there was an issue, the manager ended up getting on the phone and told me they couldn't dothe online deal (definitely could have just done a price adjustment to honor what her employee had told me, but I rolled withit). She said they could do a different deal (2 med 2 topping for 19.99) instead, so we did that. After re-orderingeverything, she then told me she *couldn't* do that deal because there were too many changes, I explained we had ordered beforewithout issue, then she said they could. My total came back quite a bit more than it should have, and she was unable to explainwhy the price was so high or itemize out the charges for me. I ended up declining to order. 20 minutes on the phone (30 mintotal including trying to work the website) and still ended up with no pizza due to uninformed/undertrained staff. Read more
Don't have 3 topping large pizza special like Mililani Mauka. Also, who pays for parmesian cheese in packets!??? Never gonna go... there again. Read more
My friend of mine paid for an order of large hand tossed pizza and 6PC wings with buffalo sauce at 11:00 PM, waiting on what... seems like 30-40 minutes now. Only to find out we go over there in person to discover they had no delivery person so they chosenot to make our order, mind you we paid 47$. No call or communication on the order not being made or even being delivered. Thenproceeded to ask us if we still wanted it AFTER PAYING. Do not waste your money at this establishment. Read more
Dang ole dominoes does it again. Bringing cheap pizza to an island in the middle of the Pacific. You wanna pizza party well... guess what bubby, there is a pizza place right next door. Get out of your house, walk like three steps to your right andboom.... pizza. Sometimes I like to mix it up a little, get me some pepperoni and bacon or mushroom or if I'm feeling antsy imight even get extra pepperoni. Butttttt we did order extra pepperoni and clearly didnt get it this most recent time. thathappens with food businesses, so you are forgiven this time dominos. I will let you keep your 5 stars. I normally have an amazing experience with this location. However, lately it seems to be going down hill. Last time I ordered... pizza, the dough was gooey and tasteless, put it in the oven and let it go. We have ordered 2 pizzas and one had only 1 pizzamade for our order. However today, I feel I should say something. We ordered our saved order and that went as normal and ourpizza was cooked okay. We ordered a Brookie (cookie brownie) and I couldnt just pop it in the oven to fix it. This thing wasburnt. While I live the convenience of the placement for this Dominos, I cannot keep giving my money to a company, who seems tobe getting worse not better. Hopefully, everything can be put back together and they can get back to how things once were. Read more
