Yummy ice cream. Wish they had chairs so we can sit.
First time visit. I asked the employee which ice cream was good. I couldn't hear well because the music was loud or she had a... small voice. I leaned forward to hear her better. But then she took a wild step back and gave me a dirty look as if I wereinfected with the virus. Well, that reaction is understandable considering the pandemic. There was enough space though betweenthe ice cream counter and customer side. What made me more upset was that she scooped the ice cream and dropped it on the top.Instead of throwing it away, she picked it up, put it in a cup, and gave it to me. It was really disgusting because the top edgemust be full of dirt and germs. She neither looked at me nor said anything, as I was paying for the ice cream. It's Häagen Dazs but more expensive than Ben and Jerry's which is better. The staff were direct and to the point, didn't say... anything other than "what can I get you?" and the total. Nice looking store though not to mention the perfect location. Read more
The service is rude. I order a regular Sunday and the worker didn't even ask me what I want she put the toppings she like and... the fudge too, no cherry no nothing... Second time I come here and feel like they don't like people, they're not in the mood toserve and do it with minimum of grace. Read more

Was told I could not sample ice creams prior to purchase. With two children under 10 that's a deal breaker for this single dad.... Happy to walk less than 200 yards in any direction for ice cream parlors that would let us sample. Read more
