After spending all day on the road, it was nice to have a good dinner. There weren't too many vegetarian options, but the... avocado roll, cucumber roll, and cucumber pickle rolls hit the spot. These were some of the best avocado rolls we've had. Forsome reason, the kids really enjoyed the salad with tofu as well. All in all, it was a good time. Cindy was a great hostess. Read more

This place is pretty good. Price is reasonable. Servers are great. Got our food within 20min. We ordered steak and rolls - spicy... tuna roll with cream cheese was good - tasted almost like Toro. Udon was perfect. Read more

Food is great and reasonably priced. But the restaurant feels dirty with very sticky tables. There is no table service for lunch... and proper table service for dinner. So for lunch, you order at the door then find your own desk. No cutlery provided we had toask for several times. Then for dinner, they just gave exact number of chopsticks and napkins. If you accidently dropped any ofthose, you need to ask for it. For dinner, we waited for 30 mins for our table even though there were free tables. The issue waslack of staff. They had only 3 staff members for 20 tables. We would return again for the food. Just don't have high serviceexpectations for a typical Japanese restaurant. Read more

We ordered tempura Udon , tempura soba and tuna sushi. We chose the tempura outside the soup, soup was hot but tempura was cold.... We were a little bit disappointed. It?s western style Japanese food. Read more

The prices were a little inflated but the food was reasonably good and the waitress was friendly and hardworking (Mandy). Wait... was only about 15 minutes for the food to arrive. We asked for them to bring food as it was ready to avoid waits. Note that foodprices (and general pricing) are naturally a little inflated in Hawaii. A Lyft was $25 for a 3 minute drive for example. Amazing food! The staff were very attentive and polite. They seemed to genuinely care that we enjoyed our food and did... everything they could to make our meal great. I would eat here over many of the Japanese restaurants from back home. Lookingforward to my next visit! Read more
