The food is pretty good authentic Japanese food. I love the all the dishes I got, but sushi is pricy lil bit.
I usually order the butterfish and Unagi from here, both of which are really good. I decided to order some sushi from here since... the other food I’ve gotten was really good, but was beyond disappointed. For $84.50 I got 3 sushi rolls all of which werebeyond fishy and tasted very old. I eat sushi all the time and I’ve had quite a bit since being on the island and this wasprobably the second worst that I’ve had. For the price I paid I figured I would have gotten quality over quantity, but got theopposite. The rolls were so inedible I couldn’t finish them. 10/10 would not recommend the sushi from here. Everything was so delicious!! Had to get the ikura again for dessert. ???? I highly recommend the karaage. They also have a... wonderful sake list. The one pictured is the karakuchi (dry) sake we had. Excellent service too. Read more
Excellent food but definitely pricey if you go for the sushi/sashimi. We had the Oboro Tofu with Ikura, Kabocha Nimono... (pumpkin), Hokkaido Uni with Quail Egg, Amaebi, Shima Aji, Kinmei Dai, and Kotobuki Dynamite Roll. All tasted amazing andauthentic. Wanted to try more of their dishes but it could easily add up to over $100 a person. Highly recommend the tofu andpumpkin dishes, they are very unique cold appetizers you won’t find in most American sushi restaurants. The menu can beconfusing and it took a long time for us to decide what to order, but our waitress was extremely patient. Read more

You are in one of the humble authentic Izakaya (???). The place is hidden on the map. Withsome luck you might be able to enjoy it the way it is meant to be: at the bar. Whether you are a couple or a lonesome soulseeking a moment of peace and pure enjoyment, this place is right. We had two drinks. Very well done. Properly made! Then thedishes actually has the sutle texture and quality and the taste that warrants their prices which are not crazy at all. One ofthe best dinner experience we have had. Very romantic.
