I only go there sometimes mainly for my macadamia ice coffee and sometimes a sausage breakfast jack only because it's by the bus... stop where I catch my bus to go work. There is hardly a crowd but services are slow. Sometimes the person running the drivethru(w/ headset on) is also the one helping the customers at the front counter. Read more

N. King St. Location. Went to drive thru and a girl on the intercom says they are closed. So I drive to Dillingham Location.... While ordering I asked if the N. King is 24hrs. She said yes. Jack in the Box needs to relook at the related online ordering apps, Ordered item thru, Doordash went to pick it up, Timeline 27... Jan 22, on or about 11pm. But when I got to fast food joint, the customer service representative (CSR) at Jack in the Box saidthey did not have the order. The line was long, and the wait was long, I got out of the line of cars, thinking I may haveordered through another store on N King Street, I plugged in the address and It took me back to the same store. When I got anddrove up to the ordering station the CSR say that they had the order. When I got the food I ask the CSR why didn't they have theorder, they said it was not in there system any where, although I place the order about 10mins before I got to the store. Thenthe CSR, had no apology for the inconvenience. Read more
