Here we go: Friday July 29th, 2022. Pulling in around 4pm, not a car in the parking lot, and only one car ahead of me in the... drive-thru. This should be fast. And it was. However it was so fast that the staff most likely just "dipped" the French fries???? in the cooking oil. They were just unbeatable.Okay, mistakes happen. Now, this is what I don't get: The staff is there, andso is the food. The place is empty of customers. Should you not have the time to cook the fries appropriately? This might seemminor, but if you have just one customer, you should be able to deliver order without mistakes being done? You could not arguethat the staff was overwhelmed with too many customers, when there was only me? And not even have time to put in the requestedsalt and mayo. Just a bit disappointed. Crispy spice chicken combo was outstanding, French fries not freshly made, service very slow but I don't blame them. The ladies... up front are very busy with in-store and drive through customers. Overall, these day you have to appreciate these people for thejob they're doing. Read more
I was disappointed in the Food Quality!! I ordered this same thing last Saturday and the food came in fresh and hot but today it... was covered in black burned crumbs from the grill or where ever it came from but it was dry! I always say thank you wherever I go. These Jack in the box workers doesn't know how to say your welcome. Horrible hospitable... and social skills no wonder it's not as busy as before. All these foreigners working there are clueless. Only the Filipinoscooks the food good and are courteous. Wake up Jack's hire the right employees instead of family members who work there forjust a paycheck. Read more
