Ordered breakfast for delivery to my job. They only gave the driver half of my order and told me to call him and try to get him... to come back. By that time it was too late. So I called them back and they said I can come get it or get a partial refund. Apartial refund that will take 3-5 business days. My professors have said being in business management will ruin the customerservice you receive. This is the first time I?ve actually felt like the customer service I received was horrible. To add insultto injury, my coworker went to go pick up the second half of my order for us and my food was burnt. The girl I spoke to wasn?tempathetic and had poor customer service. If a customer is paying for a product or service, you should provide that product orservice as expected. Read more

This is a special place I take my daughter after picking her up from preschool. She really enjoys small Jamba juice
We were really excited about getting fresh smoothies today. As I was seeing the workers prep the smoothies, they would get a... scoop of ice and toss it in the blender. Half the ice would go on the floor and the other half in the blender. Explained whyours were really watery and not the right consistency. Can?t imagine how sanitary things may be behind closed doors due to themjust being careless and making a mess. Not the best tasting either. Read more
this is not the best run store. the floor was filthy, in front of and behind the counter. there was a lid on the floor of the... prep area and two employees stepped over it without picking out up. the counters were sticky with spilled drinks. not what Iexpect of any store, let alone one at Kahala Mall Read more
Smoothies are tasty and reasonably priced. Service is quite fast too.
