Lived here for 3 years. By far the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to in my life. Every single time I go there w/out fail I?m... there for more than 30min and my frozen drinks are ALWAYS MELTED. I would give a negative 5 stars if I could. There is NOTHINGfast about this fast food establishment. Even if you go inside half the time no one is manning the register. If I could sign apetition to close this mc Donald?s and open something else I would sign , it?s a waste of space ti say the LEAST. Do not comehere , you will be late wherever you?re headed if you do. ( 3299 N. Nimitz) They don?t even utilize the kiosk options. Put in your order, but there is no table number to place on your... table. And the food took 20 minutes, and we only ordered a #1 combo, coffee and apple pie. That just doesn?t equal any sense.The ice cream is ?out of order? I get that it?s the motto that McDonald?s lives by, but maybe take it off the menu. no oneacknowledges the customers in line, a simple ?one moment, I?ll be with you shortly? makes a difference. Waited well over 40 minutes in the drive through line for a mobile order. I could have caught the fish, processed and cooked it,... in a lot less time than it has taken to get my order. This place is ridiculous and the attitude of the cashier makes it evenworse. Read more
Service is very slow and disorganized. My order has been wrong the past few visits and the ice cream machine stays broken... compared to other area McDonald's. Other customers complained about slow order fills and incorrect orders as well. Fries werenot hot and sandwich was lukewarm. Disappointed in this location since it is the one most frequently used by tourists. Not agood first impression. Read more
15 minutes to get 2 Big Macs and fries when there pretty much no one else in the dining room, meanwhile orders are flying out... the drive through. I have worked fast food and understand the dynamic of keeping the drive through line short, but this wasabsurd. I'm confident i could have ordered the same thing twice going through the drive through. Read more
Yes, I got there 45 minutes before they close, but there were 15 orders in progress or being served according to their screen.... It looked like there was only 3 people working, and they couldn't handle the load. I tried to use the order kiosk but there wereno "table tents" that it asked me to scan, anywhere, so I went to the counter. I waited at the counter for my order to be takenfor 15 minutes. With this store so close to the airport how can they expect so few people to handle this many customers? Do notrecommend ever coming here unless you want to starve yourself. The picture shows nobody at the counters or making food. Theyalso didn't clean any tables the 45 minutes I was there, and nobody emptied the trash in hours. Slow, unsanitary, poor healthpractice. I never give such low star reviews, but McDonald's has to get it together. Drive Thru customers are not your only... customers...Its not acceptable to wait more than 7 minutes at the front to be acknowledged when there is no line. Customersshouldn't have to beg to have their order taken. When we finally see someone standing around doing nothing, we asked who isworking up front, all they do is ask the people around and then shrug their shoulders. Hire enough people, please. Read more
