The entire reason I?m compelled to write this review is they apparently use the entire upstairs dining area for corporate... training. No idea the frequency, but it seemed like a pretty usual occurrence. Whoever runs this McDonald?s needs to pull theirhead out of their pockets and foot the bill for an off site location instead of making your customers suffer through thisnonsense. All the employee orders were pushed to the front of the line while customers complained about waiting. Signage alsoindicated the bathrooms were closed?? There are at least 40 employees upstairs, are they not allowed a bathroom while they work?I also have human needs? Read more
Sometimes they charge me double...buts it's pretty fast, clean and the lady's are nice that work there. That's all you really... need to make you happy for going there. Read more
This place is busier than most locations offering the same service. Probably due to location off Nimitz Highway. Even at 8 at... night, they were packed. Line moved moderate compared to other locations. Order was correct and fresh. Read more
Tuff parking busy as hell but all &all didn't wait to long for order thought no seating but they have plenty upstairs they don't... bring you your order have 1 person stay downstairs others up stairs perfect! Read more
Do not go here, at least not in the morning: I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddle meal and a cookie at 8:36am on the... touch screen which claims you can ?Skip The Line?. It is currently 9:22 and I just received my food after watching many peoplecome and go before me. I stood in front of the counter to make my presence known while the employees behind the counter lookedup at me and did not ask why I was standing there for so long. When I finally complained, I waited another 10 minutes beforefinally getting my food and being handed it by one of the managers with nothing more than a soft ?sorry?. Absolutely atrociousexperience, I?m currently writing this while sitting in one of the tables. I have never had a more awful experience at McDonaldsand I shall never be returning here, and I will be instructing everyone I know to do the same. Read more
Food was hot and fresh. Lobby was dirty and the homeless randomly walks in with old McDonald's cups and gets refills at will.... Lots of homeless hang out there. Recommend using drive through vice getting out. Read more
I really love coming to this McDonald?s, their renovated interior is very nice and amazing, their Coca-Cola tastes nice, fizzy... and refreshing (With free refills ????????????) and their food tastes great especially their Big Mac! Their Ice Cream machinewas working just fine too during my previous visit yesterday on 7/16/22 so I was able to enjoy a nice Vanilla Ice Cream coneafter lunch! I also wanted to say that their elevator runs very well too, it doesn?t smell bad at all, it doesn?t jolt eitherwhen going up and back down meaning it runs nice and smooth. I definitely want to come back to this McDonald?s again consideringit as one of my favorites in Honolulu, Hawaii! Read more
Got Halloween Happy Meal which contains choice of chicken nugget or Hamburger/cheeseburger, small fries, juice and Halloween... bucket for $5! While many stores ran out this Halloween version?s Halley meal, this store said ?limit 5 buckets per person!? Very good! Read more
