How could anyone dislike this place??! I am shocked that Mio Pastalogy doesn't have an all around 5 star rating. I've ordered... take out from here a handful of times, and have been very happy with my food every single time. What makes this place so greatis the quality of the pasta. You can taste how fresh and well made the pasta is. It's light and not too filling. Mentaiko andBolognese eggplant were superb! But all 4-5 of their premade combinations are delicious. Aurora Shrimp dish was also reallygood. I would suggest ordering a variety of dishes as the flavors go together very well. Read more
Ordered 10 pasta for company meeting... my boss was regularly customer and it was good before but not anymore Omg ! The sauce... are extremely salty. Very terrible, feels they don?t like us to go back again ???? The reason they got 2 stars vs 1 star is the food tasted good and the vegetables were done al dente. The cons: Portion sizes... were small for traditional pasta. Due to a miscommunication between my wife and I we ordered an extra pasta, and that was a goodthing given the sizes. My 2 daughters (3yo and 6yo) typically would split a meal but they each had their own pasta and nearlypolished it off (see picture below). The pomordoro sauce was more like a tomato cream sauce. The chicken was dark meat with skinon, not my preference. The shrimp pesto has 3 prawns. $1 for a small ramekin of grated Parmesan cheese (think of small containerthat comes with delivery pizza). Wow easily one of my favorite pasta spots on island. All the pasta is fresh, breads (baguettes and ciabatta) are amazing (baked... fresh and served with homemade raw garlic herbed butter) Didn?t get a good photo of the pasta (was too excited to eat) butsauce comes in a separate container above the noodles. I was at Taormina and Il lupino within the last 2 weeks (I love freshpasta) and this pasta quality easily rivals theirs.
