This musubi chain made me fall in love with musubi and spam. I?m happy to report that this particular location is well stocked... with musubi and there was no wait at 9am! ?? (the one that is closest to Kalakaua ave had an 1hr+ wait). Favourite musubipairings were probably unagi+egg+avo+spam and spam+radish, while for rice balls I liked the shiso+salmon. My boyfriend and I came in twice. The last time we came in, we loaded a bag full of musubi and onigiri to take home. We love the... selection. A fun little place to grab a quick snack and enjoy on the beach. Read more
The best musubi I have ever had. Showed up about 30 minutes before closing and most of the display items were gone. Cashier... said I can order anything on the menu and they will make them to order. Had the classic with eggs and the shrimp tempura withavocado. Both were super delicious, I immediately went back and ordered a few more for the flight home. Read more
Musubi cafe was my daughter's favorite location for Musubi. They have a lot of options. She went around Waikiki trying... different places including ABC and 7-11 and other locations. This was by far her favorite. She wanted to bring some home, toobad we are too far. Read more
Simple, delicious, portable, light and fresh seaweed and white rice wraps. YUM! Many flavors, vegetarian and non. Tuna Curry... musubi -- my fave! SPAM wrap with egg and bacon is a great breakfast for meat-eaters. Read more
This is a new musubi place for us during our most recent visit in Hawaii. It's a little further away from the hotel we stayed... in, but it has more flavors to offer. We ended up coming back a couple more times and would recommend to all musubi lovers! Read more
The highlight was our view from our room. The staff was courteous. The store was quaint. Not a lot to choose from when we... visited but enough to fill our bellies. Unfortunately, all of our Musubi were on the bland side. Even the Teriyaki flavoredSPAM missed the mark. The rice was shaped like a ball. A large ball that made it more difficult to eat.
