Our waiter Kyle, was great. Excited to be working at outback and to be serving us. They were out of some items so they were able... to substitute which was not a problem we understand. We ordered steaks medium well and medium and both of us got rare. They hadto go back and be waved over the fire again but it was all fine in the end. That is a steakhouse make a mistake like that? Our server was awesome we have had her before Leslie. The food was over cooked on my wife's steak I had to walk to the front and... ask for a manager for a recook on the 18oz ribeye. We had ordered medium rare closer to the rare side and recieved medium well.The second steak had no flavor and my steak was extremely salty. When we initially got our food my potatoes were wrong I hadordered the loaded potatoes and had gotten regular mashed potatoes. When it comes to our meal everything we had ordered had somekind of mistake. My wife had added the coconut shrimp which came without the sauce that comes with them. The calamari was coldand our drinks were fine. The manager that helped us only took the appetizer off of our check when he came to me when I waslooking over the check and looked unhappy. I am a semi frequent customer here and the experience I had here is definatly adeterrant from me coming back. The manager was rude and cold to us after we had politely complained. The food is great and the prices are not bad. I'd recommend to clam chowder soup, seared ahi and prime rib.
Food was tasty and yummy as we expected. Have not gone to Outback since pandemic started. We have the ribeye steak and shrimp... and chicken pasta which we enjoyed so much. Food was delicious! Ordered a blooming onion, steak n shrimp plate, and blooming fried chicken plate. Steak was very on point!... Very juicy, tender, and flavorful. Chicken was yum. Service was great, staff was friendly and welcoming. Only downsides were thelights felt very low, and even though our server turned it off the a/c wasn't working so it was a little warm. Although they give me a lemonade instead of my margarita but overall it was okay. For me personally I don?t like the ribs. It?s... toooooooo sweet ????. High chair is not that good for toddlers. Other was fine. The appetizers are decent amount. Read more
THE FOOD: The prime rib. The best I ever ate. So fresh soft and Juicy melts right in your mouth. So delicious . The steaks... are also great TOO.) The sides: I had the Baked Potato soup and the loaded baked potato With my primerib. Everything wasGREAT. The food here is reliably good and there was no disappointment this time. Although prices everywhere have gone up, Outback... Hawai`i Kai has kept this under control. But noteworthy was the service. Our server was Leslie and she was just amazing. She waspleasant and friendly, and attended to us without being overbearing.
