I'm so disappointed in See's! The letdown is real. I have always admired and loved the whole See's experience but this time... almost everything went wrong. I was shopping for chocolates and candies for a friend and her kids who have nut allergies andexpressed this from the get go to the lady who was free when I was able to steal her away from whatever riveting story anothercustomer was telling to the two lady's working there. She wasn't much help and when I asked her about a certain package ofHalloween candy she assured us that neither one we were looking at had any nuts. We decided to splurge and get some sweets forour family while there and each of us picked from their glass cases. After ringing us up and throwing in some extras she hadbehind the counter we thought everything was great! Getting home we had time to dig deeper into the details of the packages forour friends and both had some sort of nuts. Super disappointed as it seemed the entire time we were there the attendant was sodistracted that I had to tell her several times what we wanted from the glass cases and come to find out she rang us up foreverything we asked for and my choices never made it into the small bag. Overall I plan on going back and I hope they can liveup to their reputation and make things right. Read more
Service is great and See's Candies has always been my favorite chocolate. Their free samples are also amazing!
Best candy in Hawaii/ long lines worth the wait
Always get gift certificate for my son-in-law's birthday. He likes the peanut brittle! AND, they still give samples!!????
They need to replenish dark choc.california brittle! Loved samples and Art & his team are super!!!!
High quality candies. Too bad I can only afford to give them out for special occasion and Halloween is not one of them:(
Service here is great. When you come in a chocolate of offered which is greatly appreciated :) That aside I have to say out of... all American chocolate companies See's is the best. They have a great selections of olde fashionede chocolates :) Which areyummy. Read more
