They are not moving here, so slow we spent 30 mins waiting for a couple sandwiches just awful
I waited for them to heat up my panini for 25 minutes. I saw few people getting their paninis who ordered later than I did so I... asked them to check couple times but they kept saying they are working on it. I called out I was already waiting for 20 min andthey finally found out no one was working on it. When they finally handed over my order I asked for a bag, and the staff turnedsaying ?oh my god.? I use to love this Starbucks. It was the pot of gold on the other side of security check in & the long wait to board the plane.... First visit after covid - The coffee was so bad, like drinking dirty water. Was disappointed that they had no Cream Cheese orButter for the Bagels. You know you are going to get smashed with ppl first thing in the morning, how could you run out of thesethings. Banana bread was very nice. Read more

This is the worst Starbucks in America. The end. It was 3:50pm when I was told they were closed. Actual hours have them closed... at 5. When I asked why they were closed, they said they didn't have staff. Meanwhile they had enough to put someone outside totell people this. When I asked why the manager put her at the entrance only to insult people she started saying "I will callsecurity and say you are harassing me!" Just awful experience. Read more
One of the less busy Starbucks at HNL. Great service and nice location. Lots of seating nearby. Great to grab a coffee and a... quick bite to eat before your flight. Read more

I love the Medium Roast with a splash of soy, always hitsthe spot. Awesome location conveniently in the airport, sweet and clean aesthetics with extremely helpful, friendly andprofessional staff who make yummy drinks. Albeit touristy', also snagged myself a super dope Pineapple Tumbler exclusive forwhen in Hawaii, Aloha! Read more
