Asked for a hot white chocolate, got a regular cocoa chocolate and my flight was already boarding.

Almost 10 minutes and no line at all!!!! Slow cashier her name is Mira. Did not apologize at all for the wait! Acted like... nothing happened????? The worst customer service at any Starbucks I have been to. Really sassy!! Read more
Very busy location, but the line moves fast. Two of the employees couldn?t understand what I was saying despite me speaking... loudly & clearly. I was not given a receipt, and they gave me the wrong order. I ordered a sausage egg & cheese sandwich whichthey said they didn?t have AFTER taking the order and the payment - in the same breath calling out two of that exact item foranother customer to come get. I told them I?d just take the bacon egg & cheese croissant instead and ended up with some sort ofwrap. Didn?t bother going back to fix it because it wasn?t worth the hassle. I order on app and pick it up. The app always says they are out of stock of bagels and won't let you order. You have to stand in... line to order the bagels. This issue I tell them daily for multiple years already very stressful. Read more
