Near gate two Alaska Airlines area, top notch service. I came in to one Starbucks and they didn't have java chips so they made... me a mocha frap. I find a Starbucks close to me hate and they did havevthem so they swapped out my drink - no issues. I believethe barista's name was Jazmine. Nice spot for coffee and snack while waiting to your flight.
Extremely high work ethic of the employees here, we sat and watched them make 100+ coffees without stopping.
They never heard of tea latte? Didn't know how to ring it up. Not even a London Fog, just a plain tea latte. Had to change... my order in order to keep the line moving. Gee Whiz. Read more
Just like the Starbucks I have always known and loved. I come to Hawaii 4 times a year and always stop here for a coffee on the... way out and on the way in. It?s got friendly staff and a lot of outdoor seating. Also, plenty of places to charge your phone orlap top computer. Like all of the other Starbucks. No surprises here, :) Read more
Great place to pick up a coffee for that early morning flight.
If I could give them negative stars I would. So unbelievably rude. I work at Starbucks and I ordered a HOT coconut mocha... macchiato. She asked me iced or hot and I clearly said hot and yet I still got it back iced. They were also a bit rude whileordering, as if they wanted us to just stop ordering already even though we weren?t being complicated. I politely said that itwas supposed to be hot I wasn?t even mad or anything and she looked pissed and took it back to remake. I get it back and tasteit and it tastes awful. I have made it before and I know what it?s supposed to taste like. It?s supposed to be a pretty sweetdrink and it tasted like milk and coffee with bad tasting caramel on top. I?m extremely pissed because I did nothing wrong and Ihad been really excited to have a coffee all week and I finally found one and then this happened. I understand if I said thedrink wrong or if it was my fault but I literally did nothing wrong. I seriously can?t believe how rude they were and I can?teven drink the coffee it tastes that bad. Please talk to these employees I am disgusted by this service and I have been workingin the food industry for years and I understand how frustrating it is but it is completely unnecessary to do that to someone isbeing nice and didn?t do anything wrong.
