Google says "Not too busy". This actually means "we've closed early"

Came to get a breakfast sandwich at this Starbucks in the Honolulu airport, waited almost 10 minutes for the wrong sandwich.... There was no line, 3 people working and when I confronted getting the wrong sandwich, I was argued with after rudely watchingthem take the incorrect sandwich from me and throwing it away. I asked if they would give the wrong sandwich to me so I couldgive to my daughter If they were just going to throw away and was very impolitely told no as they proudly threw food away.Starbucks just wastes food when their staff makes mistakes?? It took almost another 10 minutes to get the correct sandwich allthe while, arguing their posted prices versus what was quoted to me and shown on my receipt. Had the order been corrected withpolite staff to own the mistake, I would continue to go to Starbucks. This puts a stain on my once high opinion of Starbucks andwill likely not go to another one even outside of this airport. G1 Honolulu Starbucks, get it together or hire new staff. Wouldnot recommend! Busy but the queue moved fast. Menu next to the queue clearly showed Roasted Ham Swiss and Egg roll. When we got to the front of... the queue we tried to order that but were told they didn't have them available. Apparently you are meant to order from therefrigerated display. Perhaps an idea would be to update the menu next to the queue and while you are at it can you add theprices? Read more

There is always a line but it moves quickly . Great place to get a quick coffee before your flightS

G1 has its own restrooms. 5 stars :-)

I ordered 2 drinks. Both were wrong. And I was on the final call for my plane so couldn?t go back to exchange. Waited in line... for 20 minutes and literally threw away $13. Read more

Service extremely slow and my drink tasted like straight milk it was horrible.

Blocks the access to the seating for gate 1 and the music is so loud you can't hear the announcements. Drinks and food are the... same overpriced things you get everywhere else, just more expensive. Read more
