Stipped at this Starbucks to get my kiddo a brownie. Service was OK, not fast but I have had slower elsewhere. Brownie was... standard brownie, not great but got the job done. Prices are higher than usual, but I presume that is due to it being in ahospital. Not sure I'd go here again but would rather bring my own stuff in the future. Read more
The Starbucks inside the Tripler AH is great. They have a good selection of snacks outside of the normal selection of coffees... and assorted hot/cold beverages. Their London Fog hot tea is delicious! Read more
Always under staffed so you have to wait like 25 minutes for your coffee, and since it's in a hospital you frequently get staff... members ordering for like 20 people at once. You might be next in line, but be prepared to wait 30 minutes for them to even takeyour order. They should have a limit on how many drinks one person can order. Read more
I don't like Starbucks and I avoid these busy stores as much as possible, plus I don't like coffee! So this will be one of the... most honest reviews. The staff is friendly to customers, the few times I have been. They made small talk and read my name on mybadge without me even noticing as to make you feel as they know you. Although there is some bickering between employees in thebackground. I only order non coffee drinks and food? So even if the food is pre packaged, it is hot. My drinks are simple justStrawberry Acai chiller. Downfall. Lines are ridiculous, but aren't most Starbucks? I will continue to go every now andthen. Read more
The people who work are friendly and do their best but there are still long lines of people during the morning rush. Nothing to... blame on the employees. Management should re-examine how to improve layout and consider hiring more people during busiest times. Read more
One of the smallest Starbucks on Island. Friendly customer service. Unexpectedly generous on the servings, for some reason.... Pretty laid-back, servicing mostly Hospital personnel. Located in the food court on the first floor, Oceanside. You'll go down along hallway, and end up in a larger room. It is next to the subway. Read more
Every time I come down here, I stop in and get an iced strawberry green tea. I can't get the other stores to make it the same... as they do... I should ask them how they make it. I always use my gold card here and drink down my first tea while I'm killingtime and then go back for my refill (within the hour, while staying in the food court area, with receipt) for the rest of myTripler endeavors. Staff is always friendly and helpful and everything always looks clean. Sometimes some Starbucks just rinseout the blenders and such... I can see the mocha dropping down the sides. Not this place. Last time, I got some kind of ricekrispy treat type thing. I had been craving the original version for a while and I thought, "Why Not?" It was super junk. Itwasn't sweet at all. Worst service. There is this big lady who trains other 2 lady. She is very rude to them and the service was slow.
