Ok but closed too early when you have to sit and wait 8 hrs plus for flight. Close 5pm

Not sure what people's issues with this location are. I ordered on the app and food was ready when I got there. I drink cow's... milk so I don't care that non diary is extra. And 80c extra on a Hawaii vacation should really not matter. Read more

By far the worst Starbucks experience. Ordered my coffee (in person) at 9:06am and finally got it at 9:56am. Not sure who owns... or manages this site but 50 minutes for a coffee is unacceptable. Add to that the rude staff who have no idea. Does it take aUniversity Degree to make coffee or manage customer expectations. The worst! Read more

A little disappointed in this location. Maybe they were just having a bad day, 2 of 3 drinks were made incorrectly, even with... the correct details on the cup tag. They made it right without question, so thumbs up on that point, that moved me from 3 starsto 4. Read more

This company charges extra for plant based milk that I need to stay healthy. I have diabetes, I shouldn?t have to pay more for a... milk that won?t accelerate my condition. My doctor said a plant based diet would reverse it. Starbucks can afford to drop thefee. Read more

I go to a bunch of Starbucks, so I'm not sure which one it was, but they're all good! I think I went to the Windward City... location a week ago. Got there at the perfect time to find some of the recently released Jeweled cups. I got one cup and oneof the studded ornaments.
