Stopped by around 2PM on 3/21 and the female cashier did not greet us. She seemed as though she was bothered that we were in... there. I was there to ask if I could purchase 20 mustard and mayo packets to add to my bags as we were feeding the homeless. Idid not want any handouts. I am okay with her not selling me the packets however her customer service skills are lacking. Read more
Three times now... rude staff, acting like it was a chore to wait on me. Tried to order on line...web page said closed at 6 but... they were really open til 7. Retrieved the BOGO offer on their webpage but they said they weren?t honoring the offer. Threestrikes!!! Read more
Wish this could be a zero star. 10 min till closing and you would have thought I was the person that killed their dog. Rude... service and such a bad attitude with no reprimand from any employee "working". You make sandwiches for a living and have hoursposted for a reason. Work until the store is closed and dont give me an attitude over your chosen profession. Management needsto retrain these fools. Read more
They don?t offer restrooms at this location. So plan on taking your food to go or eat some where else. I personally like... washing my hands before I eat so it?s a no go for me. Read more
No soup available which is they have an hour before closing time. It?s so disappointing.
Best Subway I've found on island. Not a sketchy location, good service and we'll made sandwiches.
