I eat there a few times a week sometimes and have never had problems with them. Good portions and nice people.
Classic Subway spot. Never really seen it busy to that's a plus. They also give out good portions!
I had a coupon for $1.00 off footlong sub and ask the girl which subs it applied to and after ordering one of them I proceeded... to pay but wasn?t allowed to use it on register because the girl said it expired. When I looked at the coupon after paying Inotice that it was good for 11 days more and wasn?t expiring till the 24th and it was only the 13 th of the month. A couple of months ago I had eaten here and was really sick that evening. I didn?t think too much of it at the time. But after... having another sub today, I am again dealing with really bad food poisoning and sharp stomach pains. Not sure how clean the setup is there, but definitely not going there again. 2 female employees argued with a customer who ordered online (buy 2 get 1 free) he didn't know he had to order 3 online & asked... if they could make the 3rd sandwich. They said NO! I felt sorry for him! They should've made him the 3rd sandwich!! Read more
The staff was pleasant and greeted us with a smile and asked us how she could help us. Then we placed our order and she was very... efficient. She made our sandwich and made certain that she placed all the vegetables and the sauce that we needed. Then thecashier gave it to us with the chips and the drink. Read more
There's no way in hell an employee should be touching my sandwich after WEARING THE SAME GLOVES TO RING UP THE CUSTOMER BEFORE... ME. I can't believe that the basic sanitary rules are not being followed. There should be better training, or have a manager onstaff to monitor. I won't be going back there. Read more
Subway in Kahala Mall makes the best veggie sandwich and the people who work there are always so friendly.
