For a place that was slow it was weird to see trash on the seats and their items weren't stocked. Workers look bored but are... very helpful and were fast on taking my order. Read more
Update: my family pre ordered from this location and I was hesitant to pick this up... But I do give credit where credit is... due! Today, 2 young workers, very polite, friendly, efficient... Order was ready for Pick up. Very clean inside this place. Gave4 stars for now, will try again and hope to improve to 5. Keep up the good work. Thank you. If there was a negative numberit'll be it. Tried giving this place my money /business 2 x in a week, just to see if it was a fluke attitude moment. BUT willnever ever go back. I'd rather make me my own ham sandwich. WORST worst service! Trust me, if the owner don't do something realquick, this place will be putting down the chain brand. CUSTOMERS..... Worth googling the next nearby location. Moanaluashopping center, anywhere else. If I could give a 0 star I would very horrible customer service from the older lady there. She fixed my sandwich wrong my first... time there and when I confronted her about it I was given horrible attitude and no apology. The next two times I went there sheavoided me and made other employees fix my sandwich. And now I have a fellow employee that works with me tell me that she?sgoing to have one of her 8 children handle me all because I confronted her about something she did wrong from the beginning.Corporate will be called for that threat. Very poor service from 2 young girls. I barely selected my bread before the one at the register starting calling to me across... the store about what I was going to order so she could ring me up on the register, and my sandwich was not even made. Then shetold me I could pay now. I asked to use the restroom and was told "the restroom is only for me not you, no one has publicrestrooms." Very poor customer service.
