I got my haircut here from Alejandro and was totally blown away by my entire experience. The shop itself is beautiful and... located in an awesome area. I was even able to order a beer while I was in the chair! The real reason for the 5 stars howeverwas my phenomenal barber, Alejandro! He was so skilled and knowledgeable that I didn’t have to worry about figuring out whatto do with my hair. He gave me great and honest advice and was personable and fun the entire time. I never felt rushed and thewhole experience was more like just hanging out with a friend. I will definitely be back for more cuts with Alejandro andeveryone else should too! Read more

I made the best decision to follow Jordan from Phil’s Barber to The Cutlery. Jordan has been very flexible w/my work schedule... (I am a very busy person) & I’m very picky about who cuts my hair! He is by no means, a novice. I feel that the price hecharges for a haircut is definitely worth it. A lot of people think that barbers only do fades, simple cuts but Jordan is anexemplary barber - he always makes me look & feel fresh after I get my haircut done. Prawn Aglio olio pasta is very light and very good. I loved it. Macnut crumble sweetpotato was supposed to be very good if tget... didn’t use old macadamia nuts. The nuts is not fresh they use. Mashed potato is too salty, we couldn’t eat at all. Sautéedmushroom is okay , little bit too salty. Smoked Nakamura prime rib was too salty, disappointed. Coconut ice cream is not toosweet, I love it. Their service is very friendly. Hope they can improve their food. Read more

EAT HERE!!! Now that I got that out of the way, here are the details with photos. Service right from the start and throughout... the meal (our party was six people), was phenomenal. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was great. My wife andour friend both ordered a Coconut Mojito, and they both said they could have easily drank several more. Both said it was themost smooth and tasty drink they’ve had in a long time. Now to the food…. There isn’t a single item I this menu that Iwouldn’t try. Today, I went with the special…The Duck. Let me tell you, it was a special moment. An orchestra of flavor.Simply put, spectacular. Everyone else throughly enjoyed their meals as well. I was able to steal a bite of salmon from my wifeand it was probably the best salmon I’ve had. If you’re looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of downtown,this is your place. Finally got my cut with the owner, Elvinse. I’ve seen now 3 out of the 4 amazing barbers there and I could literally feel... comfortable jumping in any open seat. I’m missing 1 barber on the list to give me a haircut but I’ve seen her many cuts infriends and online that makes me feel comfortable booking with her also. This review is honestly based on all aspects. 1)Booking: easy to book online and get a text back to confirm the appointment. 2) Location & parking: if you know the area, theshop is the old Town restaurant with a lot of parking in the back lot. 3) The Shop: Not only does it have the cool barbervibes, but all the barbers great you as you enter. Don’t forget to wait for you temperature scan! And they def keep up withthe Covid restriction and cleanliness! Plus being offer a beer or cocktail is always a plus in my book! 4) The barbers: Ihaven’t had any bad experience there and I’ve been going to the guys since before “The Cutlery” opened! (Blend Housebeing the first location) 5) Accommodations: I hit up both the owner and manger in regards to hosting a little “Bachelor”or “Grooms/Grooming” day for my best friend and the guys preparing for a wedding. We all wanted to look fresh, gather anddrink and just have a way to celebrate the groom before he tied the knot and said I Do! With Hawaii’s new Covid restrictionsthat took place, many things were almost off the table but they pulled through with helping us celebrate the best we couldduring this tough times.
