We checked this place out for dinner during one of our first nights. We made a reservation ahead of time. We ordered cocktails... and they were pretty good. I ordered the pho and it was a really good-sized portion. I loved the meat and the broth, but Ithought the noodles could have been better. Parking was a bit difficult to find and unfortunately the Chinatown area did notfeel like the safest place to walking around at night. Mostly all of the businesses in the area were closed and there was heavypolice presence. Read more

With not much time to spare in Oahu, I booked two dinners on the same night. This was the first restaurant so we couldn’t... order much as we would have liked to. From service to dishes, this spot was awesome and I would highly recommend to all. Foodbreakdown: - oysters: fresh and tasted great with the vinaigrette - pasta: a little fishy due to the mussels but the flavourprofile was epic due to the use of fish sauce, lemongrass lamb and fennel ???????? - garlic bread: so crunchy and such garlickygoodness Read more

Highly recommended by friends so we made a reservation well ahead of our trip. Unfortunately couldn't get the pho french dip... sandwich since it's not on the dine-in dinner menu, but we got the roasted beets, le fried chicken wings, clam and sausagepasta, and the pho 75. Simply put, the flavors here are incredible. The roasted beets had a lot going on, but flavors stillblended well. Le fried chicken wings were some of the best wings I've ever had - absolute must. Pho was different than yourtypical and worth trying and the clam and sausage pasta was delicious. Would def come back and try the other things that comeup on the menu! Read more

By far the fanciest Vietnamese restaurant I have ever tried, but I have no regrets. You definitely want to make reservations way... ahead of time since they are so popular. Service was a 10/10. Our waiter knew what he was doing and was so informative ofeverything on the menu AND off the menu. Yes, you saw that right; if you see photos online of a certain dish, it may not bethere the day you dine there. The menu is constantly changing. My friend wanted the oxtail pho and it wasn't on the menu thatday, but our waiter knew exactly what she was talking about and said that he can request it to be made since it was still ontheir takeout menu. As for the food & drinks: - drinks were good and they did not go overboard with the alcohol - Le FriedChicken Wings were crispy, delicious, and flavorful. - Raw oysters were fresh, but not the biggest - Grilled Sea Scallops werealso fresh and filled with flavors. - Sesame Shrimp Toast was so crispy on the outside. I don't know what the sauce that camewith it was, but it was such a nice pairing. - Pho 75 + the Spiced Red Wine Braised Beef was amazing! Not sure if they continuedto have the braised beef option, but it is worth the $14. The soup and sauces were so rich in flavor, but it didn't feel tooheavy or salty. We even took the soup and braised beef to go since we couldn't finish it. The Pig & The Lady is definitely onthe higher end in terms of price, but the quality of everything makes it worth it. Truly was a great experience and wouldrecommend anyone to stop by. Read more

Honestly, really wanted to love this Pho from all the great reviews but it was not what I was expecting. Very small portions for... the price (expect to pay about $20USD per bowl) and flavours were odd, definitely not typical Vietnamese if that is what you areexpecting. The noodles were thick and gummy, not a lot of broth and I ended up getting a pretty bad stomach ache after eatingthis soup. My flavour palette may be different than others so bear in mind this was just my experience. I will say theVietnamese style bread was good! Read more

Easily our best dining experience this year in Oahu. Fresh produce, fresh bread and quality protein made this one of the best... Vietnamese restaurants I've eaten at in a very long time. It's "elevated" Vietnamese, but not to the point where it'sindistinguishable and stays true to its roots/provenance. The ambience is great, and for a lunch time or dinner spot I wouldrecommend this to anyone for a business lunch, dinner with friends or absolutely any occasion. Not only that, but they did nothesitate to pull together a few tables for our large group of 11 and took care of us. Can't wait to return on our next trip toHawaii. Read more

We’ve been twice now, once for lunch and once for dinner. The menu is actually quite different based on time of day but both... meals have been so delicious. For dinner we got the beets, ahi toast, chicken wings, linguine and clams and the sundae. I wouldrecommend all of those but the linguine and clams blew us away. The sundae was tasty and fun and chicken wings are a signaturedish of theirs so you’ve to do that one. Read more

Amazing atmosphere, truly unique. Excellent music choice. COVID protocols are above I've seen elsewhere. The food was something... else. Food presentation and preparation very well done. A very different take on Vietnamese fusion. But makes it work in a wayI've never had. Highly highly recommend when you're in Oahu. Read more
