I called in to add Jalepenos on the side to my order. Dan answered the phone. Amazing customer service with him!!! Instead of... assuming he knew what and how to do it, he asked someone that did because he didnt want to "Mess this ladys order up". We're fed up with pizza arriving cold We are only 2 miles away and try they take 30-45 mins to get here once the pizza leave the... store, according the the tracker. Calling the store you will get Renee.. an extremely rude person , and manger with zero conceptof customer service. I highly recommend getting pizza somewhere else . At the pieces they charge now there is no excuse for thistype of service. Read more

I'm a less than two miles from store. Pizza arrives cold more often than not. This timec it t took nearly 45 mins to get here... according to the app tracker. The manger Renee has no concept of customer service. Discusted by the exoperience. There arebetter places to order from in town that care about their customers. Read more

Every time I place a large order I am worried they are going to forget something. I always make sure to double check my order... before hanging up with their rotating customer service associates. Of course today 8 pizzas show up instead of 10. When I callback to inform them, I am told that I didn't tell them I wanted 10 pizzas and it was my fault?? Along with having to wait 45minutes and still being charged for their mistake for my other two pizzas to arrive. I will no longer order from this location. Read more
