So I've ranked the food a five star though as I do so I realize it really shouldn't be a five star it's fast food and junk.... However since fast food is what I just said and we all know it in this case it was as expected so five stars would be right.However, the service was found to be lacking. When the customer makes an order stating what they want and the servicer accusesthe customer of having said something wrong and blaming the customer for it being not correct there's an issue. I have arecording of the words I spoke and the words they spoke on my dash cam confirming I was not wrong nor did I say the wrong words.When I brought this to the manager's attention the atmosphere or response was a bit lacking. I simply wanted the manager to helpeducate their employee on proper customer service communication. You don't blame someone else you accept it humbly even if youbelieve you weren't wrong. That is customer service. If I get a reply with some form of contact other than phone so that I canprovide the audio from the dash cam I will do so otherwise the rating remains as is. Read more

We had placed our order. We repeated the order twice to make sure they had it right. No we got charged for 1 item only not the... meal. It was for one of the kids. When we went back a lady cook I think and the manager was really rude. Trying to get us out ofthere as fast as she could. Then she was talking Spanish thinking I didn't know what they were saying. She gives us the bag andask in a mad voice if it was ok now! As she is closing the window. We drive off. Read more

They asked me to pull forward when all they had to do was make one coffee drink for me. I ordered it a couple minutes before I... got into line and it wasn?t ready for a while. I thought drive through was supposed to be fast. When I ordered, I bought a Largeiced Carmel Macchiato. I paid over five dollars for it and I think they couldn?t be bothered to check what size I bought becausethey brought me the wrong size. I didn?t have time to ask for a new one because I had a long drive ahead. I left feelingdisappointed. I have ordered large iced coffees before and this felt like half the size. I hope they can make positive changesbecause I could have gone to Starbucks across the street for the same price. Read more

Normally the chicken sandwich I get is super juicy. this is not, its dry and partly gristle. The fries are old.. This is a town... I'm not normally in, and its cost $20 bucks for 2 kids meal and this chicken meal that's pretty gross.. Not impressed and If Ilived close I would not go back. Read more
