So we went in tonight for a simple dinner with my kids and grandson. I ordered a small cheese pizza and a large pepperoni and... olive. (Sounds simple to me) wrong?I get my small cheese no problem next I get a pineapple and olive pizza I politely tell thegentleman that we ordered a pepperoni and olive pizza he apologized and said he would be right back with the correct order. Heleft he wrong pizza, and he comes back 10 to 15 min later and guess what? Now I have a pepperoni, olive and pineapple I tell himagain that it was incorrect but whatever I have now been waiting half an hour I just wanted to eat. One of the best tasting pizza I have had in Hood River, OR. Had a salad and 6 inch pizza combo very filling for 10$. Salad had... variety of dressing and toppings. Pizza was of decent size,had nice crust and toppings. Not too cheesy just the way it issupposed to be. Read more
It is difficult to criticize any business going through all of the issues we are experiencing now. COVID, limited availability... of goods and most of all being understaffed. Everyone that is working today seems to want to be here and working hard. I usually don?t leave many reviews, but this business seems to be a poster child for the struggles the restaurant business as a whole isfacing. Half the table are left dirty, was informed they are out of multiple items before we placed out order. I understandbusinesses need to rebound. The arcade has maybe 10% of the games operational with hand written ? out of order? signs on most.I?ve come here literally my entire life. To see it struggle at this level doesn?t make anyone feel good. I would recommend tothem that ?Management makes the difference? limited employees get overworked. They want to do a good job. Can be difficult whenthere is not anyone to lean on. Everything suffers. Our pizza was undercooked, our chicken on the salad was old a gray. Wewaited and expected period for our food. It?s not the employees fault. Help your staff. Get your machines operational and putout high quality food. It?s hard. It will always be hard. Work more. Save your business and reputation as people remember andexpect it to be. It is NOT THE EMPLOYEES RESPONSIBILITY TO MANAGE THE BUSINESS OUR THE EXPERIENCE. MANAGEMENT MAKES THEDIFFERENCE. Why is this place so far from me? It?s probably for the best or I would be eating pizza here every day. I loved the crust, it... has just the perfect mix of cheese and sauce and ingredients of choice on a crunchy crust. The place is clean and the 2 times Ihave been someone greeted us kindly, they have a limited capacity and only allow 6 people to sit together, the tables aredisinfected and I felt very safe eating in. The only inconvenience is that you have to order at the counter, we were waiting fora waitress the first time because they welcomed us but forgot to let us know. We also liked their wedge potatoes and cheesybread. The kids had fun at the arcade/ games area. Anytime we are in hood river we will have to comeback to Pietro?s pizza Read more
They stayed open to serve swveral customera after their 9PM closing. The food was great and the service was great. The crust... was thin and just the right amount of crispy. We ordered the Great Northwest. The toppings were well balanced not too much ofanyone topping. It was a very enjoyable dining experience. Read more
The food is delicious. The game room was rough. Half the games don't work and if they do they steal coins or do not spit out the... tokens. Asked for help in the game room, and no one ever arrived, ended up giving another kid the tokens we had won cause wecouldn't wait around anymore. Read more
