Asked for a pour over, they don't do that after 9am. Asked for a peach iced green tea lemonade and got a hibiscus drink. "This... is peach?" "Yes. Did you want more fruit flavor?" "No. I just thought it would be peachy color." I am not comfortable going tothis Starbucks due to insufficient training with the staff as well as a staff shortage. Read more
FYI to Hood River Safeway Starbucks people are not crazy when they ask for Java chip Frappuccino with a banana!
I walked in to the Safeway to go to Starbucks and I asked for a Java chip frappe and asked for a banana to be blended in to the... drink and I got a weird response from the lady working at the bar and she said that she had never served a Java chip frappe witha banana in it but I then went down to the Marina and got it there with no problems at all she just didn?t feel like doing it.Terrible service. I walk up to the counter and asked if they had "Veranda" brewed. "What?" was the response. " Veranda...do you have Veranda... brewed?" Again I got a dumbfounded look. "Your blonde roast." "Oh, we'd have to do a pour over" We then asked if they hadto-go creamers and again we stumped them. Good lord. Don't come to this Starbucks. It's a Safeway Starbucks which tend to be subpar.
