Worst experience for being in a Taco Bell, emplyees are pretty much useless and they complain they still don't make enough money... per hour. Orders to be done only on the kiosk and if you have questions employees don't want to help you. Read more

I would give a no star if an option. We pulled up with a truck and camper. We couldn?t go in, the lobby was locked. Then walked... through the drive through and they would not serve us because we were not in a vehicle. One of the workers was very rude to usin the parking lot about it being a drive through not a walk through. Maybe a new truck and camper are not good enough to get ameal there or at least decent manners. Read more

The inside was a little bit warm but it's summer so there's that. Cashier was friendly & ready in a quick amount of time.... Bathroom wasn't too bad. Lol Read more

The lobby was closed before 8:00 p.m. even though the sun was still up. Going through drive-thru with six cars in front of me... was a bit ridiculous. It's called fast food for a reason! You all need to have that Lobby open at least till the sun sets. Read more

Today was a difficult day so I thought I would quickly get some takeout...lol One thing was left out of my order. That's cool,... people make mistakes, we're only human. So I ended up circling around the drive-thru three times. Due to the fact thatrestaurant is not open for foot traffic and me not checking my order before pulling away. Me remembering what I ordered seem tobe challenging. Their machine for giving receipts was not working so I didn't have a receipt to go on. I ordered something I hadnever ordered before. And apparently I had forgot it's full name by the time I got to the window. The manager was five star a+.She listened to me met my needs was fast, friendly and efficient. She was respectful and articulated very well. As for me not somuch. I almost felt like she looked out of place like she should have been a manager working at a five-star hotel. Hopefullythey get their receipt machine up and going to make things easier in my instance. I don't think it's going to help my memory inmy everyday life. But after today I think I will talk to my doctor about Alzheimer's/dementia testing. Due to my SUV and goingthrough the drive-thru three times, I don't think that I will be returning until they are open for foot traffic. Read more

This has to be one of the worst managed Taco Bell's in the area. Mistakes with the order, both items or amount charged happen... often. The sign at the drive thru has multiple items listed that are not correct. If you say something, it takes weeks or moreto get it updated. I have even heard employees complain about issues with management. Only go here if you don't mind a longwait, a confusing menu that is out of date, and are ok with mistakes. Read more

More than once my family has ordered online for pick up, paid for our food and get to the location and they are closed. 5:15pm... on a Sunday? The app should reflect when the store isn't open (which is quite often.) It then takes a few business days for themoney to be returned to your bank account. Read more
