We are visiting from out of town and our dinner was amazing! My husband and I shared our dinners. The Chicken Fettuccine was... spot on! The chicken browned-caramelized(?) separately and the sauce was creamy perfection with great seasoning! The grownupgrilled cheese with bacon and onion jam (maybe a hint of apple?) on crunchy grilled bread! Many thank you?s to your great chefand friendly welcoming staff. Excellent spontaneous last minute stop after a long day completing the fruit loop tour. We were warmly greatest on entry,... ordered drinks and given menus and told we could seat ourselves. We chose outside seating at the picnic benches. We grabbed afew starters and had a couple drinks before heading back to Salem. The prosciutto wrapped dates & parmesan, stuffed jalapenoswith sugar smoked bacon, white wine mushrooms with bread and sizzle shrimp were all super delicious and perfect for sharing. Wewere asked if we wanted them to come out as they were ready and that worked out perfectly. Everything was fantastic and thischef really knows how to layer their flavors to create a wonderful mouth explosion with every bite! Fantastic service andlocation with various wines by the glass and for purchase by the bottle also. I ordered the sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries to be added onto my hotel room. While there was a slight... confusion, Sara went above and beyond to make things right. Eat and have wine here every chance you get! All cooking and baking is from scratch. The kitchen is run by a lovely woman with... great energy who is an amazing chef and Baker. Her daughter, who is a wonderful chef in her own right, is working there doingthe same great job. The staff? They are genuinely gracious and knowledgeable. This is one restaurant that walks its talk, andbuys from local farms and orchards and supports the local economy. They live here, work here, and are a part of the communityin every way. Outstanding!
