I've always enjoyed BK. it's my go to when I want a ff burger.
Cleaner than most burger kings in the area. Fast and friendly service. I will be coming back .
As you can see from other reviewers, this BK is hit and miss. I've only gone through drive thru so far. I have had 4 experiences... with this particular BK at varying times. I can tell you that after 6pm my experiences have declined. I have ordered everythingfrom Whoppers to Ch'king and more. About 60% of the time the food has been fresh and warm. The other times you can tell theyhave been sitting there a while. The biggest issue is availability of food and the time it takes to get it through drive-thru. Isat the other night for over 12 minutes waiting on food and there were only 2 cars ahead. One person had enough time to go getgas and come back and wait on food. I realize we are in a rough time for labor and food but still not enough for.thr lack ofservice lately. I will give this place another chance as I've had some good experiences but if they continue to decline I willpick another. Conveniences to this place is they are just off the road and easy to get to and off and they are in a gas stationso you can get gas and other items as well. Read more
They lost a star because they forgot my fries. Ordering went smoothly, had to pull forward. My fries weren't really cold but... they were really old. I don't mind being pulled up, but when I am everything should be fresh. Read more
Ordered Ck King and was not impressed. Supposed to have tomatoe - Not! Chicken was bland - not really any seasoning at all! I... felt like I wasted the calories and tossed it after a few small bites. Don't waste your money on this one. Read more
I posted this message in the dislike category, only because of the service not the food. The food was delicious. However the... service was the worst that I have had at this location. I had to wait at the window for 13 minutes to get my food. It wasn'tbecause of a line. When I ordered my food there was no line. The lady that took my order was very courteous. The service was badwhen I pulled up to the window and there were workers standing around with their hands in their pockets. I finally got my foodbut not my drinks. The lady that took my order at the first window came to the 2nd window and tried to give me the order for thecar BEHIND me. That's when she realized that the lady working that window hadn't given me my drinks 13 minutes later. I finallygot to leave. Ridiculous service!! Read more
Went to the drive-through after 10:00 PM and a girl named Desmond welcomed us with extreme rudeness told me that it would take... at least 12 minutes for them to cook a chicken sandwich . Suggesting in her tone of voice that we order something else than whatwe wanted.And That sweet tea was off the menu for the night. And that was one of many times that I have went through thedrive-through and was treated very unprofessionally. This is the only Burger King that I have ever heard of that does not servesausage gravy and biscuits for breakfast because they don?t have a gravy technician.! This is by far the worst bk in the area. The people are rude. The food is never fresh. I went today and we ordered we pull to... the window she hand us our drinks snd asks us to pull up. No big deal but she forgot to give us straws. When she brought ourfood out she didn?t have straws in the bag so we asked her to bring some. She looked at us with a rude look and said ?come inand get them?. If I wanted to come in I wouldn?t have gone through the drive through. This isn?t the first bad experience withthem. I?m over it.
