If you want to wait over 10 minutes for someone to take your order while watching three employees joke around behind the... counter, then this is the place! Interesting looking building. Not Borg cube style like other McDonald's. Outdoor seating. Friendly service inside. Self ordering... kiosks, Wifi and delivery available. Well maintained, clean. Food is, well, McDonald's, but, my daughter loved her french fries.I let her order a large fries from the kiosk. This McDonald's has the old how many served sign out front. Update: Sunday, August2020; Ordered sandwiches, ???? and a drink. I had to pull forward, but, wait was short and my order was accurate and wellpackaged. Update: Saturday afternoon, September 2021; 50¢ double cheeseburger ???? through the app. Looked mushed when Iunwrapped it. Curbside had a reasonable wait time. Place was busy. Outdoor dining area had ???? flowers growing. Update: Sundayafternoon, November 2022; Highly disappointed! I ordered a cheeseburger and it had a long hair in it. Gross! I called and theyoffered me a refund or a cheeseburger. I accepted the cheeseburger. When I came to the inside counter, I showed them the hair.None of the women had hairnets and some had hair dangling in front of their faces. One girl laughed when she was told that acheeseburger had hair in it! I wasn't laughing. She was still smiling when she bought me my food. She stopped smiling and gaveme a half-hearted "Sorry about that". I'm deducting a ? for this incident. Read more
The person at the pick up window in the drive thru was very rude. No greeting, no smile, nothing. When I looked and said hello,... she practically threw my food into my car. When I took the bag I didn't have time to put it down before she was shoving thedrinks in my face. I then said hold on a sec, and I had to ask for the condiments that I requested with my order. Again, shepractically threw them at me. She never said a word. Nothing. No greeting, no apologies...nothing. Very rude and NOT customerfriendly. Read more
I ordered a door dash I called before I did some nice girl answers and says yeah our shake machine is up so I order it on door... dash and I had a dasher wait 45 minutes for it I called and the store manager said you will get it when you get it Read more
I will start by saying I understand how crazy it can be during a rush (though this was after 2pm). The burgers were overcooked... (like hockey pucks, very salty, and very messy. They also weren't wrapped so they were just sitting in the bag, comingapart. Also, I dont know who thought putting the fries in sideways was a good idea. By far the SLOWEST drive thru I've ever experienced. If it was a one off that would be one thing but every time I go, I wait at... least 10 minutes. Just went today and arrived at 10:20am for breakfast. By the time I got to order it was 10:31am and theywouldn't take a breakfast order! Unbelievable! Thanks for the waste of time!! Read more
Poor customer service. Decided on some late night food and ordered around 11:30 they disabled curbside pickup so had to wait in... a 30 minute line for drive through. Literally got there at midnight and they said my spicy chicken sandwich could not be madeafter midnight but I wouldnt be charged for it. I explained it was free from promotion through the app and asked if I couldsubstitute something. Nope. Just cancelled the whole order. Go elsewhere. Read more
